Before making a purchase, please consult with local customs authorities to comprehend any potential duties and taxes associated with your order. Customers are responsible for settling these charges upon the arrival of the goods in their respective countries.
Place your order before 12pm Monday - Friday for Click & Collect from our Bondi Beach store. Please have your order confirmation email ready to show our in-store team as proof of purchase.
Click & Collect orders received after 12pm on Friday will not be ready for collection until after 12pm the following Monday.
If any information on your order is incorrect we can attempt to amend this before your order is dispatched to the courier. Please contact us on 1300 043 105 and we will attempt to intercept.
If a delivery is unsuccessful the package will be returned to Chosen By Tuchuzy within 10 business days. Once received back to us we can then re-ship your order to the correct address.
Please allow up to 24 hours for us to process your order after it has been placed. Generally, if you place an order before 12pm, it will be sent that afternoon. During busy sale periods, order processing time can be between 24-72 hours.
If you’re a customer with a login, you can track your order in the ‘My Account’ section of the Chosen by Tuchuzy website. Alternatively, you can track your order directly using the tracking code that was sent in your shipping confirmation email. If you can’t find your tracking code, please call or email us. If you’re not home when a driver attempts delivery, they will take it to your closest post office. If they’ve done so, there will be a note in your mailbox letting you know which post office location they’ve taken it to. Bear in mind that extreme weather conditions such as flooding and bushfires can often affect the postal service and in turn, receiving your parcel in our quoted time frame.
Tuchuzy will not take responsibility for lost or damaged items during transit. Please email us for any enquiries customerservice@chosenbytuchuzy.com.
As Chosen by Tuchuzy do not take responsibility of loss or damaged items during transit none of our packages are dispatched with authority to leave unattended. We do not recommend checking out and leaving a comment to give your authority to leave it somewhere safe without signing for it. We recommend having it delivered to your work instead.
