Availability is subject to change, and items in your cart are not reserved, making them available for purchase by other customers. In the event of technical errors during sale periods, which may lead to stock discrepancies, if we cannot fulfil your order, a refund will be processed for you.
Gift vouchers remain valid for 12 months from the issue date, while credit notes retain validity for up to 6 months from the issue date. Both online credit notes and gift vouchers are applicable for use both online and in-store. It's important to be aware that these vouchers and credit notes are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If you make a purchase using a gift voucher, any resulting refund will be issued in the form of a voucher.
